I. The Promoter

II. Promotion Period

1. The Promotion Period may vary between the different Participating Retailers but will commence on a general level on 21st November 2021 at 9:00 CET for the Participating Retailers listed and defined below. The Promotion will continue for all Participating Retailers until the end of 25th November 2021 by 17:00 CET (the “Promotion Period”) or while supplies last.
2. For the specific Promotion Period for the different Participating Retailers please go the dates listed in IV. Offer.

III. Eligibility

1. This promotion is valid in the Regions (listed below) only with additional limitation for CRIMEA AND SEBASTOPOL, CUBA, DAESH, IRAN, IRAQ, NORTH KOREA, SOUTH SUDAN, SUDAN, SYRIA.
2. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or discount. And the promotional code “fs22” needs to be applied during the purchase.
3. Participants must be aged 18 or over (“Participant” or “you”).
4. The customer is responsible for any applicable sales tax.
5. Employees, agents and any group company of the Promoter, and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
6. The Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any business or reseller).
7. Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) Claim per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of one (1) Claim during the Promotion Period.
8. The Product is subject to availability, quantities are limited.

IV. Offer

Participants who purchase new (i.e. not second hand) Tobii Eye Tracker(s) specified in the list below (each a “Promotion Product”) from a participating retailer from list below (each a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotion Period using the promotional code “fs22” will be entitled to claim a Promotion Product with a 15% discount on the unit (suggested) Retail Price:

V. How to claim

1. 1. To claim, Participants must do the following (a “Claim”):
      During the Promotion Period, purchase a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer applying the coupon code “fs22” during your checkout.
   2. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   3. Purchase of a Promotion Product after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion. Any promotional code activated after the expiry of the Redemption Period will not be accepted.
