II. Promotion Period

1. The Promotion Period may vary between the different Participating Retailers but will commence on a general level starting on 18 August 2025 (10:00 CEST) for the Participating Retailers listed and defined below. The Promotion will continue for all Participating Retailers until the end of 11 September 2025 (17:00 CEST) (the Promotion Period) or while supplies last.
2. For the specific Promotion Period for the different Participating Retailers please go the dates listed in our Offers.

III. Eligibility

1. This promotion is valid Worldwide except AFGHANISTAN, BELARUS, BURKINA FASO, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, CHINA, CONGO (KINSHASA), CUBA, FRENCH GUIANA, FRENCH POLYNESIA, HAITI, IRAN, IRAQ, ISRAEL, LEBANON, LYBIA, MALI, MARTINIQUE, MYANMAR, NORTH KOREA, RUSSIA, SAINT MARTIN, SOMALIA, SOUTH SUDAN, SUDAN, SYRIA, UKRAINE, VENEZUELA, YEMEN and ZIMBABWE.
2. This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, coupon code or discount.
3. The Promotion Coupon ANNIVERSARY needs to be applied during the purchase.
4. Participants must be aged 18 or over (Participant or you).
5. The customer is responsible for any applicable sales tax, customs and import fees.
6. Employees, agents and any group company of the Promoter, and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
7. The Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any business or reseller).
8. Participants may submit a maximum of three (3) Claim per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of one (1) Claim during the Promotion Period.
9. Promotion Product is subject to availability, quantities are limited.

IV. Offer

Participants who purchase a Promotion Product specified below, from a listed Participating Retailer within the Promotion Period – or while supplies last (*) – using the Promotion Coupon ANNIVERSARY will be entitled to claim Promotion Product(s) with a 20% discount on the unit retail price.

Free game codes are NOT INCLUDED in the offer!

V. How to claim

1. To claim, Participants must do the following (a “Claim”):
   
   1. At our webshop – gaming.tobii.com:
      During the Promotion Period, Purchase a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer use the Promotional Coupon ANNIVERSARY.
      The coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.
   2. At our partner pages:
      During the Promotion Period, purchase a Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer by using the local solution – if applicable (voucher-checkbox, coupon code, etc.) – for a discount on your purchase.
2. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Purchase of a Promotion Product after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion. Any Promotional Coupon activated after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
