Mobalytics - Terms & Conditions

Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion form part of the Terms and Conditions.

II. Promotion Periods

  1. The Promotion Period varies between the different Participating Retailers but will commence on a general level at 9am CET on 4th February 2020 for the Participating Retailers listed and defined below. The Promotion will continue for all Participating Retailers while supplies last (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. For the specific Promotion Period for the different Participating Retailers please go the dates listed in IV. Offers.

III. Eligibility

  1. This offer is available for the customer that buys a Tobii Eye Tracker 5/Tobii Eye Tracker 4C only at gaming.tobii.com. The promotion is available for a limited time or while supplies last.
  2. This promotion is valid Worldwide except CHINA, RUSSIA, CRIMEA AND SEBASTOPOL; DAESH, SOUTH SUDAN, SUDAN, IRAN, IRAQ, NORTH KOREA, SYRIA and CUBA.
  3. Free shipping is valid Worldwide except ARGENTINA, BELIZE, BAHAMAS, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL, CAYMAN ISLANDS, CHILE, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, DOMINICA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, FALKLAND ISLANDS, FRENCH GUIANA, GUATEMALA, GUYANA, HAITI, HONDURAS, JAMAICA, MACAU, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU, PUERTO RICO, SOUTH GEORGIA AND THE SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS, SURINAME, URUGUAY and VENEZUELA.
  4. We ship to anywhere in the world except where legal restrictions and embargos prevent us.
  5. Customers outside of the EU – Please note: VAT, sales tax, import duties and/or other official charges associated with importing the Products will apply for purchases delivered outside of the EU. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the Participant’s responsibility, and you may need to pay such charges in order to have the Product released. Please check with the destination country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior buying.
  6. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, rebate, or discount coupon. Product subject to availability, quantities are limited.
  7. Participants may submit a maximum of one (1) Claim per Promotion Product purchased, and a maximum of one (1) Claim during the Promotion Period.
  8. Participants must be aged 18 or over (“Participant” or “you”).
  9. Employees, agents and any group company of the Promoter, and anyone professionally connected to this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.
  10. The Promotion is only available to end users (e.g. not to any business or reseller).

IV. Offers

  1. Limited time offer during Promotion Period between 4th February and 17th February, 2020:
    Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) product included in the list below (each a “Promotion Product”) from a participating retailer included in the list below (each a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotion Period included in the list below will be entitled to claim a Promotion Product with a 20% discount of the unit SRP and a 3-month Premium Subscription to Mobalytics desktop app activation code (“Reward Code”) which can be used to activate a payment plan for free at Mobalytics (the “Content”).
  2. Limited time offer during Promotion Period between 17th February and 20th April, 2020:
    Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Promotion Product  from a Participating Retailer within the Promotion Period included in the list below will be entitled to claim a Promotion Product with a 3-month Premium Subscription to Mobalytics desktop app activation code which can be used to activate a payment plan for free at Mobalytics.
  3. Limited time offer during Promotion Period between 20th April and 6th May, 2020:
    Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer within the Promotion Period included in the list below will be entitled to claim a Promotion Product with a 20% discount of the unit SRP and a 3-month Premium Subscription to Mobalytics desktop app activation code which can be used to activate a payment plan for free at Mobalytics.
  4. Limited offer during Promotion Period starting from 6th May, 2020:
    Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand) Promotion Product from a Participating Retailer within the Promotion Period included in the list below will be entitled to claim a Promotion Product with a 3-month Premium Subscription to Mobalytics desktop app activation code which can be used to activate a payment plan for free at Mobalytics.

    The Reward Code is non-transferable, not available for resell and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter may substitute a reward of equal or greater value for the Reward Code.

V. How to claim

  1. To claim, Participants must do the following (a “Claim”) for purchases made at at gaming.tobii.com:
    1. Mobalytics Premium keys will be distributed by email from Tobii before and after the launch of the Mobalytics Desktop App in mid-April.
  2. If you need any assistance concerning the promotion in general please contact Promoter directly at [email protected] or submit a request at help.tobii.com.
  3. If you experience a technical problem or need any information we kindly ask you to review the Terms and Conditions of this offer before contacting Mobalytics Support at the following address: https://support.mobalytics.gg/
  4. If a Claim is deemed to have not been submitted correctly, you will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and you will no longer be eligible to receive a Reward Code.
  5. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Purchase of a Promotion Product after the expiry of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Promotion. Any Reward Code activated after the expiry of the Redemption Period will not be accepted.
  8. If you return your Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, your Claim will be invalid. You must immediately cancel the Claim by contacting the relevant Participating Retailer with your Reward Code. The Promoter reserves the right to check with any Participating Retailer whether a Promotion Product has been returned and, by submitting a Claim, you provide consent for the Promoter to do so.
