Project Cars 2 Competition Terms & Conditions

This competition is owned and hosted by Tobii AB in collaboration with Slightly Mad Studios. The offer is available for a limited time commencing on the 6th of December 2018 at 5:00 pm CET and closing 9th of December 2018 at 11:59 pm CET.

Terms of Competition: The competition requires the user to Like, Retweet and Reply to our Twitter post for a chance to win a bundle including: a Digitial copy of Project CARS 2, Project CARS 2 Season Pass and a Tobii Eye Tracker 4C. There will be 5 winners. The main judging criteria of the competition is to “Tell us why you deserve to win the competition” in the replies to the post. When picking the winners, a jury from Tobii will review the answers based on relevance, uniqueness, and creativity in their answer.

Tobii will contact the recipient of the prize directly to facilitate delivery of rewards. Rewards may not be substituted, exchanged, or sold, or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. Competition is valid worldwide. All winners must be over 18 years of age. The customer is responsible for any applicable country tax payable on delivery of Tobii Eye Tracker gaming bundle.

Tobii reserves all rights to make changes in its sole discretion to the competition at any time and/or to cease the competition at any time before the closing date. TOBII MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND TOBII FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OF ANY KIND RELATED TO THE COMPETITION OR THE REWARDS.
